A-Mill Artist Lofts is an affordable housing community for artists with income restrictions. Please verify that you qualify with the following guidelines. The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size:

-4 Occupants: $79,440
-5 Occupants: $85,800
-6 Occupants: $92,160
-7 Occupants: $98,520
